What material is the jewelry made of?
All of our pieces are made from high-quality stainless steel, finished in various shades of gold — including yellow gold and white gold. This material is durable, long-lasting, and perfect for everyday wear.
Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?
Some pieces are hypoallergenic, and all are made from stainless steel, which is generally safe for most skin types. If you have highly sensitive skin, feel free to message me for details on a specific item.
Can I wear your jewelry in water?
Yes! One of the best parts about Orosun Boutique jewelry is that it’s water-friendly. I personally test every piece before selling it, so I know it holds up — whether you're washing your hands or wearing it on vacation.
Will it tarnish or fade over time?
Our jewelry is built to last. It won’t tarnish or turn your skin green. Some pieces may gradually shift from yellow gold to a softer white gold tone, depending on how often you wear them — but I test everything myself to make sure the quality stays beautiful.
Do you really test all your jewelry yourself?
Yes! I try on every piece before I ever list it. That’s how I know what I’m offering is worth it — I only sell what I truly love and wear myself. This helps me make sure you’re getting something I stand behind 100%.

How do I place an order?
Just choose the item(s) you love, add to cart, and check out. It’s quick and secure.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and more.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, message me as soon as possible and I’ll do my best to accommodate changes or cancellations.

Do you offer gift packaging or messages?
Yes — all orders come in beautiful packaging that’s gift-ready. You can also leave a note at checkout if you want to include a message.

Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Virginia, USA.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet — but it’s coming soon! Right now, I’m focused on serving U.S. customers with love and care.
How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping rates are shown at checkout. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
What happens if my package gets lost or stolen?
While I can't control what happens after delivery, feel free to reach out and I’ll do everything I can to help.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. I currently don’t offer returns or exchanges, as I personally test and approve every item before listing. Please read descriptions carefully and don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions before purchasing!
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If something arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact me within 3 days of delivery with a photo. I’ll make it right.

Where do your pieces come from?
I work with trusted wholesalers and hand-pick every piece myself. Each item goes through my own wear test so I can be confident in its quality, durability, and beauty.
Are you planning to add more jewelry styles?
Yes! This is just the first of many collections. More styles, colors, and new designs — including personalized charms — are on the way. Follow along and stay tuned!
Do you do everything yourself?
Yes — from selecting products and testing them, to packaging, shipping, marketing, and everything in between. Orosun Boutique is a one-woman show right now, and I pour my heart into every part of it.

I believe everyone deserves to feel radiant — like the golden sun they are. My goal is to offer affordable, beautiful jewelry that helps you feel confident, seen, and celebrated.
